About Return and Refund Policy
At TexBazar, our goal is to facilitate seamless connections between buyers and sellers in the textile industry. Please note that we do not sell products directly nor handle payments for any transactions that take place between users on our platform. Instead, we provide a platform that connects buyers and sellers and charge for subscription services that offer access to specific features. The following policy applies to subscriptions and access to our platform’s features.
Subscription Eligibility
Refunds: Our subscription fees are non-refundable. Once payment for a subscription has been made and access to the platform's features has been granted, you will not be eligible for a refund, even if you do not use all available features.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your subscription. You will continue to have access to the platform's features until the end of your subscription period.

Our subscription services provide access to the following features:
Responsibility of Buyers and Sellers
TexBazar is solely a platform provider that enables connections between buyers and sellers. We do not participate in or take responsibility for any transactions or agreements made between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for:
• Payment: All payments between buyers and sellers are handled independently and outside the platform. TexBazar does not intervene in payment disputes.
• Product Quality and Delivery: Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating terms related to product quality, delivery, and any disputes that may arise.
As such, TexBazar will not offer any returns or refunds related to products or transactions conducted through the platform.
Subscription Downgrade or Upgrade
• Upgrading: You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time by paying the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan. The upgraded plan's benefits will take effect immediately.
• Downgrading: If you choose to downgrade your subscription, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the higher-tier subscription. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
Service Disruptions
In case of any technical disruptions that prevent you from accessing subscription features (such as live price updates or dashboard access), you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit based on the duration and impact of the disruption. Refunds for disruptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation of Services by TexBazar
TexBazar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s subscription if there is a violation of our terms of service or misuse of the platform. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
